Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design for autonomous AI agents and multi-agent systems targeting the 2026 release cycle.
- Define and implement scalable microservices architecture using cloud-native technologies (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Optimize large-scale machine learning inference pipelines for low-latency performance.
- Collaborate with product leaders to translate strategic business goals into technical roadmaps.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and compliance across all distributed systems.
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., LLMs, Generative AI, Quantum Computing integration) to stay ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with 3+ years in a Lead Architect or Principal Engineer role.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks.
- Strong background in distributed systems, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud infrastructure.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale software solutions from conception to deployment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and executive stakeholders.
- Experience with AI/ML Ops (MLOps) and Data Pipeline management.
