- Mentorship & Culture: Foster a culture of innovation by mentoring junior engineers and conducting deep-dive technical workshops on emerging technologies.

Qualifications
- Advanced Degree: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a lead architectural role focusing on AI/ML.
