- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in AI/ML architecture and software development.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and deep learning frameworks.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing complex projects.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to tackle ambiguous problems creatively.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
