Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and business requirements
- Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes using Figma and Adobe XD
- Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and usability testing sessions
- Develop design documentation including style guides and component libraries
- Iterate on designs based on stakeholder feedback and usability results
- Present design solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Stay updated on UX trends and best practices through continuous learning
Qualifications
- Portfolio demonstrating design thinking and visual problem-solving (projects welcome if no professional experience)
- Basic proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
