Responsibilities
- Develop and Refine Prompts: Create clear, concise, and effective prompts to guide AI models toward desired outputs and behaviors.
- Test and Iterate: Analyze the responses generated by AI models and refine prompts to improve accuracy, tone, and relevance.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with the Data Science and Product teams to understand user needs and translate them into prompt strategies.
- Document Prompt Libraries: Maintain a comprehensive library of tested prompts and templates for future use and optimization.
- Monitor AI Performance: Track key metrics regarding AI performance and report findings to the senior engineering team.
- Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest developments in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Generative AI trends.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in English, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
- Language Skills: Exceptional command of the English language, including grammar, syntax, and vocabulary.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Technical Aptitude: Comfortable using computers and basic software tools; willingness to learn new AI platforms.
- Problem Solving: Ability to think critically and logically to troubleshoot why a prompt might not be working.
- Passion for AI: A genuine interest in Artificial Intelligence and how it can be used to solve real-world problems.
