Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in both Minneapolis and Texas to define data requirements and reporting needs.
- Conduct deep-dive statistical analysis to support strategic decision-making and business forecasting.
- Present complex data findings to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and actionable manner.
- Maintain data integrity and ensure accuracy across all reporting systems and databases.
- Partner with engineering and product teams to optimize data pipelines and storage solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Redshift) for data querying and manipulation.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools, specifically Tableau and/or Microsoft Power BI.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R for advanced analytics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business questions into technical analysis.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to bridge the gap between data and non-technical stakeholders.
