Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and transform large datasets to support business intelligence initiatives.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau/Power BI) to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform statistical analysis and A/B testing to drive product optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and analytical goals.
- Communicate complex data findings to stakeholders through clear reports and presentations.
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to recommend actionable business strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
- 2+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and scripting languages (Python/R).
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Looker.
- Strong understanding of statistical concepts and data modeling.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
