Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate datasets from various internal and external sources to ensure high data quality.
- Perform advanced statistical analysis and data mining to identify patterns, trends, and correlations.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or similar visualization tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to understand their data needs and deliver tailored insights.
- Create detailed reports and executive summaries that translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Identify business opportunities and process improvements by monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure data security and compliance with all relevant company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying databases and extracting data.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or R is highly desirable.
- Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
