Responsibilities
- Design and implement data collection systems and infrastructure optimization
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical modeling to identify trends
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI for stakeholder presentations
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to define KPIs and success metrics
- Validate data integrity and troubleshoot discrepancies in data pipelines
- Present findings to executive leadership with clear, actionable recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with SQL proficiency
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker)
- Strong programming skills in Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) preferred
