Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker to visualize complex data for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to understand their analytical needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Perform statistical analysis and forecasting to predict market trends, customer behavior, and operational performance.
- Create detailed reports and presentations for executive leadership to support strategic decision-making and ROI analysis.
- Optimize data collection procedures to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security.
- Stay current with industry best practices in data analysis and recommend improvements to existing workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 2+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Expert proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and querying.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Google Data Studio.
- Strong programming skills in Python or R is a significant plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings into clear, business-focused insights.
