In this role, you will serve as the bridge between our data and our business strategy, ensuring our stakeholders have the insights they need to succeed.
Responsibilities
- Data Acquisition & Cleaning: Gather, clean, and preprocess large datasets from various sources to ensure high data quality and integrity.
- Advanced Analytics: Perform complex data analysis and statistical modeling to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Visualization & Reporting: Create intuitive, interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to present complex data in a clear, actionable format.
- SQL & Database Management: Write optimized SQL queries to extract data and maintain database schemas as needed.
- Strategic Insights: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to translate data findings into strategic recommendations.
- Process Improvement: Identify gaps in current reporting processes and implement automated solutions to increase efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Visualization Tools: Expert level experience with Tableau or Power BI.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders clearly and concisely.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with a proven track record of solving complex business problems through data.
