Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain SQL databases to optimize data extraction and reporting processes
- Create interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into analytical solutions
- Present findings to leadership through compelling visual reports and presentations
- Implement A/B testing frameworks to measure marketing campaign effectiveness
- Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence role
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas), and Excel
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker)
- Demonstrated ability to translate technical insights into actionable business recommendations
- Experience working with large datasets in cloud environments (AWS/GCP)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Preferred: Certification in Google Analytics or Microsoft Azure Data Fundamentals
