Responsibilities
- Extract & Transform: Gather, clean, and interpret complex datasets from various sources to identify trends and patterns.
- Visualization: Design and develop intuitive dashboards and reports using Tableau and PowerBI to communicate findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Forecasting: Perform predictive analysis to support business strategy and identify growth opportunities.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to define data requirements and solve complex business problems.
- Optimization: Continuously monitor data quality and processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency in reporting.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or a similar analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for querying databases and Python or R for data manipulation.
- Tools: Strong command of visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI) and Microsoft Excel.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate data into business value.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
