Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Analysis: Collect, clean, and analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that influence business outcomes.
- Dashboard Development: Design and develop interactive, user-friendly dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Statistical Modeling: Build and validate statistical models to forecast trends and support data-driven recommendations.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and executives to define project requirements and translate business needs into analytical solutions.
- Reporting: Prepare clear, concise, and compelling reports and presentations for executive leadership to communicate findings and strategic insights.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all systems and databases.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for database querying and Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Visualization Tools: Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in data analysis or a related role.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical thinking and the ability to troubleshoot data issues effectively.
