Responsibilities

- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI to communicate KPIs to executive stakeholders
- Conduct ad-hoc statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define analytical requirements and deliver data-driven recommendations
- Develop automated reporting pipelines to track performance metrics across multiple business units
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation protocols and documentation standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with proven portfolio of complex projects
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong statistical analysis skills including hypothesis testing, regression modeling, and A/B testing
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop)
- Exceptional communication skills translating technical insights for non-technical audiences
- Certifications in Tableau, Google Analytics, or AWS Data Analytics preferred
