Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret complex data sets to identify trends and patterns.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical data solutions.
- Perform statistical analysis and predictive modeling to support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders, summarizing complex findings in an accessible manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, with a focus on Daily Pay or fast-paced environments.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying and extraction.
- Expert knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Excel.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
