Responsibilities
- Design and implement secure, cost-effective cloud solutions on AWS/Azure platforms
- Automate infrastructure deployment using Terraform and CI/CD pipelines
- Optimize cloud environments for performance and cost efficiency
- Monitor and troubleshoot cloud infrastructure using CloudWatch/Log Analytics
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement infrastructure-as-code practices
- Ensure compliance with SOC 2 and PCI-DSS standards
- Mentor junior engineers on cloud best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on cloud engineering experience with AWS/Azure
- Expertise in infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration
- Certification (AWS Solutions Architect/Azure Engineer) preferred
- Experience with monitoring tools (Datadog, New Relic) and scripting (Python/Bash)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI)
- Ability to troubleshoot complex multi-cloud environments
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
