- Collaborate with product teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Present findings to non-technical audiences through clear visual storytelling
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation and documentation processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with daily pay contracts preferred
- Expert proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy)
- Advanced Excel skills with VBA/macros experience
- Tableau or Power BI certification strongly preferred
- Proven experience translating business requirements into technical solutions
