Responsibilities
- Design and implement data pipelines using SQL and Python to automate reporting workflows
- Develop interactive Tableau dashboards for executive KPI tracking and operational insights
- Perform statistical analysis on customer behavior datasets to inform product optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into analytical solutions
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling data narratives and visualizations
- Maintain data quality frameworks and ensure compliance with GDPR and CCPA regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of progressive experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical modeling experience with A/B testing methodologies
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and ETL processes
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence non-technical stakeholders
