Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines to collect, clean, and transform raw data into actionable insights
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI to communicate findings to stakeholders
- Perform statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process optimization
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Create ad-hoc reports and automated solutions to address evolving business needs
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation and quality assurance protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis with proven ability to translate data into business solutions
- Expert proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL)
