Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and visualization tools to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into analytical solutions
- Design and implement A/B tests to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize user experiences
- Create automated reporting pipelines to deliver real-time insights to decision-makers
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation and documentation processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Expert proficiency in SQL and at least one visualization tool (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong Python skills with libraries like Pandas, NumPy, and Matplotlib
- Experience with statistical analysis and experimental design
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex findings to non-technical audiences
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ analytical projects with clear business impact
