Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and BI tools to identify actionable business insights
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and deliver analytics solutions
- Develop and maintain automated data pipelines to ensure data quality and accessibility
- Present findings through compelling visualizations and clear documentation
- Monitor KPIs and provide regular performance analytics to leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis with proven track record
- Expert proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python/R)
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to translate complex findings into actionable business recommendations
- Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) preferred
