Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical modeling to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for stakeholder reporting
- Design and maintain automated data pipelines to ensure data integrity and accessibility
- Collaborate with product teams to translate findings into strategic recommendations
- Present insights to executive leadership through clear, compelling data narratives
- Optimize marketing and operational KPIs through A/B testing and predictive analytics
- Document methodologies and ensure compliance with data governance standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python/R)
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
- Strong statistical analysis and hypothesis testing skills
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and big data technologies
- Proven ability to communicate complex insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating data-driven impact in previous roles
