Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify business opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI
- Develop automated reporting systems to track KPIs and performance metrics
- Present findings to stakeholders through clear, compelling narratives
- Collaborate with IT teams to improve data collection processes
- Ensure data integrity through rigorous validation and quality checks
- Support A/B testing initiatives for marketing and product optimization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience
- Expertise in SQL and at least one programming language (Python/R)
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical knowledge and experimental design skills
- Experience with healthcare or financial data preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
