Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into analytical frameworks

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis with proven track record in tech environments
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong statistical modeling experience with hypothesis testing and experimental design
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex data for non-technical audiences
