Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify business opportunities and risks
- Create interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI for executive reporting
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical modeling to validate hypotheses
- Present findings to leadership through clear, data-driven narratives
- Automate reporting workflows to improve team efficiency
- Collaborate with IT on data pipeline optimization and quality assurance
- Maintain documentation for analysis methodologies and data sources
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience
- Expert proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python/R)
- Advanced skills in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong understanding of statistical methods and experimental design
- Experience with ETL processes and database management
- Excellent communication skills translating technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating analytical projects with measurable impact
