We are seeking a detail-oriented Cybersecurity Analyst to join our elite Security Operations Center (SOC) team for our specialized Weekend Shift. This is a high-impact role where your vigilance ensures that our clients' data remains secure 24/7.

Responsibilities
- Monitor, analyze, and respond to security alerts and events on the SIEM platform (e.g., Splunk, Sentinel) during weekend hours.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and patch management reviews to ensure system integrity.
- Perform log analysis to identify potential intrusions or anomalies in real-time.
- Document security incidents, root causes, and resolutions in the incident management system.
- Collaborate with the on-weekend team to ensure seamless handover of critical alerts and ongoing investigations.
- Enforce security policies and conduct access reviews for privileged accounts.
- Participate in tabletop exercises and simulations to improve incident response protocols.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a SOC or Network Security role.
- Active Security+ or CISSP certification is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, OSI model, and common attack vectors.
- Experience with SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar, or ArcSight) and endpoint protection solutions.
- Ability to work rotating weekend shifts (Friday-Monday or Saturday-Monday).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Flexibility to work in a 24/7 monitoring environment.
