Responsibilities
- Assist in Cloud Deployment: Support the deployment and configuration of cloud resources under the guidance of senior engineers.
- System Monitoring: Monitor cloud infrastructure health and performance using industry-standard tools.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate technical documentation and runbooks for cloud environments.
- Troubleshooting: Participate in the diagnosis and resolution of basic technical issues and bugs.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and implement cloud solutions.
- Automation: Help write simple scripts or automation tasks to improve workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We are looking for candidates eager to learn and willing to undergo training.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent trade school diploma).
- Basic IT Knowledge: Familiarity with computer hardware, operating systems, and networking concepts.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical thinking and the ability to troubleshoot basic issues.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Technical Aptitude: Comfortability using command-line interfaces (CLI) and basic scripting concepts.
