Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Write optimized SQL queries and scripts to extract and manipulate data from relational databases and data warehouses.
- Present data findings and strategic recommendations to stakeholders and executive management in a clear, concise manner.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to improve data collection processes and data quality.
- Perform statistical analysis and forecasting to support long-term business growth initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Developer.
- Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Snowflake) and experience with Python or R.
- Expert level skills in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and data visualization tools.
- Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, and data modeling.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
