Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues using diagnostic tools

- Document network configurations and create maintenance reports
- Collaborate with IT team to ensure seamless system integration
- Monitor network performance and optimize bandwidth usage
- Provide user support for network-related inquiries
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Network Engineering or related field
- 2+ years of hands-on network administration experience
- CompTIA Network+ or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency with Cisco, Juniper, or similar network equipment
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP protocols and OSI model
- Experience with network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Wireshark)
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Valid Nevada driver's license for occasional site visits
