Responsibilities
- Architect and implement AWS/Azure cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform
- Automate deployment pipelines using CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI)
- Optimize cloud costs through monitoring, right-sizing, and architectural improvements
- Ensure security compliance and implement robust security controls across cloud environments
- Lead incident response and troubleshooting for production cloud systems
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical documentation
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate cloud solutions with existing systems
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in cloud engineering with AWS or Azure certifications
- Expertise in container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker)
- Strong proficiency in scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, or Bash)
- Experience with infrastructure automation and configuration management (Ansible, Chef)
