Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive AI ethical frameworks aligned with emerging 2026 regulatory landscapes
- Conduct bias audits and risk assessments for advanced AI systems including generative models
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed ethical considerations into product development lifecycles
- Author white papers and policy recommendations for industry-wide ethical AI standards
- Partner with legal and compliance teams to navigate evolving AI governance regulations
- Mentor junior engineers on ethical AI development practices and responsible innovation
- Represent the company at global AI ethics forums and regulatory discussions
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in AI ethics, responsible AI development, or technology governance
- Deep expertise in bias detection/mitigation techniques for machine learning systems
- Proven track record of developing enterprise-level ethical AI frameworks
- Strong understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex ethics concepts for technical and non-technical audiences
- Published research or thought leadership in AI ethics or responsible innovation
