Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years of AI ethics experience
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF) and ethical AI standards
- Proven ability to translate ethical principles into technical requirements
- Experience with bias mitigation techniques in ML systems
- Strong stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams
- Publishing record in AI ethics or related domains preferred
- Familiarity with quantum computing and neuro-symbolic AI concepts
