Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics governance frameworks aligned with evolving global regulations
- Conduct risk assessments for autonomous systems and generative AI deployments
- Lead cross-functional audits of AI models for bias, transparency, and accountability
- Collaborate with product teams to embed ethical design principles into AI development lifecycles
- Represent Nexus Futura in global AI ethics forums and regulatory discussions
- Establish KPIs for ethical AI performance and monitor compliance
- Lead crisis response protocols for AI-related ethical breaches
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in AI governance, responsible AI, or ethics compliance roles
- Expertise in EU AI Act, NIST AI Framework, and evolving global AI regulations
- Proven experience designing bias mitigation strategies for ML models
- Deep understanding of ethical challenges in generative AI and autonomous systems
- Exceptional communication skills for translating technical concepts to stakeholders
- Certification in AI ethics or responsible AI (e.g., IEEE, ACM)
