Responsibilities

- Lead stakeholder engagement sessions with regulators, NGOs, and industry partners
- Establish continuous monitoring protocols for AI ethics compliance
- Create educational materials for internal teams on responsible AI practices
- Advise on emerging ethical challenges in generative AI and autonomous systems
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Philosophy, Ethics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI ethics, policy development, or responsible AI implementation
- Deep expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Experience with bias mitigation techniques in ML systems
- Proven ability to translate complex ethical concepts into technical requirements
- Strong background in risk assessment methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Published work or thought leadership in AI ethics preferred
