Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical vision for our 2026 AI infrastructure and roadmap.
- Lead the design and development of next-generation generative models and predictive algorithms.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate cutting-edge AI into core platforms.
- Oversee system architecture to ensure high performance, scalability, and security.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing team of data scientists and ML engineers.
- Establish best practices for ethical AI, data governance, and compliance.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, particularly in quantum computing and neural networks.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture leadership.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale, production-ready AI systems.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
- Familiarity with quantum computing principles is a significant plus.
