Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps for emerging sectors (quantum, neuromorphic AI, carbon-negative tech)
- Lead cross-functional labs incubating breakthrough solutions for 2026 challenges
- Partner with C-suite to align tech strategy with ESG and UN SDG frameworks
- Identify and secure IP opportunities in frontier technologies
- Present disruptive innovations to global investors and policy boards
- Mentor next-gen engineers through our Future Founders program
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science/Engineering with 8+ years in strategic tech roles
- Proven track record in scaling tech innovations from concept to market
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum AI, bio-integrated systems, or decentralized infrastructure
- Experience with technology foresight methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Published thought leadership in IEEE/ACM journals or equivalent
- Fluency in Mandarin or German (for global stakeholder engagement)
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ technologies deployed at scale
