Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain complex hybrid IT environments (Windows/Linux)
- Automate infrastructure workflows using Ansible/Terraform
- Manage Azure/AWS cloud services and on-premises data centers
- Lead security hardening and compliance initiatives (SOC2/HIPAA)
- Provide Tier-3 support and incident response for critical systems
- Optimize performance and cost-efficiency of 200+ virtual machines
- Document SOPs and create technical runbooks for team scalability
Qualifications
- 5+ years in enterprise system administration with hybrid cloud experience
- Expertise in Active Directory, Group Policy, and PowerShell scripting
- Proven track record with VMware vSphere and Hyper-V
- Strong understanding of network fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs)
- Security certifications (CISSP, Security+) or equivalent experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience with monitoring tools (Splunk, Nagios, Zabbix)
- Ability to manage high-pressure incidents with minimal supervision
