Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-performance microservices using Java/Python on AWS/GCP
- Mentor 3+ engineers through code reviews and technical guidance
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization using Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes
- Collaborate with Product teams to translate requirements into technical specifications
- Conduct system architecture reviews and performance tuning
- Champion DevOps practices and automation initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development with Java/Python
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and RESTful APIs
- Proven track record of mentoring technical teams
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Proficiency with CI/CD tools and Infrastructure-as-Code
