Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for 500+ end-users across Windows/macOS environments
- Manage Active Directory, Azure AD, and cloud infrastructure (O365, AWS)
- Deploy and troubleshoot network hardware (Cisco, Palo Alto firewalls)
- Implement security protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Document SOPs and knowledge base articles for IT operations
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware/software procurement
- Maintain compliance with SOC 2 and ISO 27001 standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise IT support experience with Windows 10/11
- Expertise in Active Directory, Group Policy, and SCCM
- A+ or CompTIA Network+ certification required (CCNP preferred)
- Strong proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira)
- Knowledge of cloud migration projects and hybrid environments
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to lift 30lbs for hardware installations
