Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for 500+ users across Windows/macOS environments
- Manage Active Directory, G Suite, and endpoint security tools (CrowdStrike, Sentinel)
- Lead hardware/software deployments, migrations, and lifecycle management
- Document SOPs and create knowledge base articles for team scalability
- Collaborate with vendors for infrastructure optimization and incident resolution
- Train staff on cybersecurity best practices and new technologies
- Monitor system health via SolarWinds and ServiceNow platforms
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive IT support experience in enterprise environments
- Expertise in Windows Server administration and network troubleshooting
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Advanced proficiency in Azure AD and cloud service management
- Proven experience with helpdesk ticketing systems (Jira/ServiceNow)
- Strong analytical skills for diagnosing complex technical issues
- Excellent communication with ability to translate technical concepts
- BS in Computer Science or related field preferred
