Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware, software, and network issues for end-users.
- Manage and maintain desktop environments, printers, and mobile devices.
- Provide Tier 2/3 support for escalated tickets and maintain high customer satisfaction scores.
- Conduct regular system updates, security patching, and backups.
- Collaborate with the IT infrastructure team on network upgrades and server maintenance.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in the helpdesk ticketing system.
Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Certificate in IT Support (CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+) preferred.
- 3+ years of proven experience in IT Help Desk or Technical Support roles.
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Office Suite, and Windows OS.
- Experience with remote desktop tools and ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer service.
