Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware/software issues across Windows/macOS environments
- Manage Active Directory, VPN configurations, and endpoint security protocols
- Deploy and maintain cloud infrastructure including Azure/O365 services
- Create and update technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles
- Lead cross-departmental IT projects including hardware refresh cycles
- Provide Tier-3 support escalation for critical system outages
- Maintain compliance with SOC 2 and HIPAA security standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive IT support experience with enterprise environments
- CompTIA Security+ and/or Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator
- Expertise in network troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, firewalls)
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation tools
- Strong experience with ServiceNow or ITSM platforms
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
