Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support via phone, email, and in-person for hardware and software issues.
- Manage and maintain computer systems, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Monitor and maintain network systems, ensuring high availability and security.
- Configure and manage user access, permissions, and security protocols.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement new technologies and improve existing processes.
- Document all technical issues, resolutions, and procedures in the helpdesk ticketing system.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Familiarity with network troubleshooting, Active Directory, and cloud services (Office 365, Google Workspace).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
