Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Manage Active Directory, Office 365, and cloud infrastructure administration
- Oversee endpoint security protocols and incident response
- Deploy and maintain Windows/macOS environments across 200+ endpoints
- Document IT processes and create user training materials
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware procurement and service level agreements
- Maintain compliance with cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, SOC2)
Qualifications
- 5+ years of IT support experience with Windows/macOS environments
- Expertise in Active Directory, Group Policy, and SCCM
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell/Bash) for automation
- Experience with VoIP systems and network troubleshooting
- Excellent communication skills and customer service aptitude
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
