Responsibilities
- Architect and implement cloud-native microservices using Go and Python
- Lead technical design sessions for new fintech products
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming
- Optimize system performance using Redis, Kafka, and AWS services
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Kubernetes and Terraform
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging of production systems
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development
- Expertise in Go, Python, and distributed systems
- Strong understanding of AWS ecosystem (EC2, S3, Lambda)
- Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, DynamoDB)
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Proven track record of shipping scalable products
