Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable microservices using Java/Spring Boot and Go
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization using AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and architecture discussions
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Implement robust security protocols and performance optimization strategies

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in production-level backend development
- Expertise in distributed systems and RESTful API design
- Strong proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization
- Experience with event-driven architectures and message queues (Kafka/RabbitMQ)
- Proven track record of shipping high-quality, maintainable code
