Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for hardware, software, and network infrastructure
- Manage Windows/Mac OS deployment, security patches, and system updates
- Diagnose and resolve complex issues across cloud platforms (Azure, AWS)
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and vulnerability assessments
- Document SOPs and create knowledge base articles
- Train end-users on new technologies and best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive IT support experience
- Expertise in Active Directory, VPN, and endpoint management
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira)
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell/Bash)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Valid driver's license for occasional on-site visits
