Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for 200+ employees across Windows/macOS environments
- Manage Active Directory, Azure AD, and cloud infrastructure (O365, AWS)
- Implement security protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Lead hardware/software deployment lifecycle management
- Develop and maintain IT documentation and SOPs
- Collaborate with vendors for procurement and service level agreements
- Mentor junior IT staff and conduct training sessions
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive IT support experience in enterprise environments
- Expertise in Active Directory, Group Policy, and endpoint management
- CompTIA Security+ and/or Microsoft 365 certifications required
- Proficiency with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
- Strong network troubleshooting skills (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and cloud platforms
- Excellent communication skills and customer service aptitude
- Ability to lift 30lbs for hardware installations
