Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve complex hardware/software issues across 500+ endpoints
- Administer Active Directory, Azure AD, and cloud infrastructure
- Lead cybersecurity initiatives including endpoint protection and incident response
- Document SOPs and create knowledge base articles for IT team
- Coordinate vendor relationships for hardware/software procurement
- Mentor junior technicians and conduct quarterly training sessions
- Optimize network performance using Wireshark and SolarWinds
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise IT support experience with Windows/macOS environments
- CompTIA Security+ and/or Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator
- Expertise in Active Directory, SCCM, and Intune management
- Proven experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira)
- Strong troubleshooting skills for network and application issues
- Excellent written/verbal communication for client interactions
- Ability to lift 30lbs for equipment installations
